Exploring Opportunities to improve

The participants roleplaying as a staff to perform cerain staff tasks. Utilizing the floor plan with initial settings of furniture placed on the top (with images) and walking it through, while sharing your procedures and feelings to perform the given tasks.

Encounter Working Difficulties

With the negative emotions and difficulties identified in current workflows, utilizing the Tool Icon Packs to explore methods to encounter them.

Utilizing the Working Enviornment

The participants are given a blank floor plan to build out the potential setting of the workspace with the use of the Furniture Tags (with images). They will be asked to perform the tasks from the first activity again and describe how the new setting makes the workflow easier.

Given the chance for the participants to look at each other floorplan, and adjust or add more ideas. Then, the participants will be asked to describe how the new setting makes the workflow easier.
