About Cynthia Yuqing Pan

As a service designer, I collaborate with clients to create innovative, user-centric solutions that address their needs and challenges. I leverage my skills in user research, customer journey mapping, and ESG to deliver high-quality and impactful service design projects.

Through my MA study in Service Design at Royal College of Art, where I learn from world-class faculty and peers, and apply my knowledge to real-world scenarios. I am passionate about exploring the intersections of design, technology, and society, and how they can create positive social and environmental impacts.
